at the end of the month, are you left with lots of some tablets and not enough of others? we can help you put this right to save you time.

ask us for a synchronisation form for you to fill in when you next order your medication. once completed (we can help you with that) attach it to your repeat slip when you next request your medication and the surgery will issue a one off prescription to align your medication so that they can all be ordered at the same time.
